Site should:
Be original. Avoid templates. Colors and background should be harmonious, and imaginative.
Site theme and content should be interesting enough to make people want to go back.
Navigation should be easy, with a Home Link on every page.
Use proper alt tags on linked graphics. Should be viewable in Internet Explorer 5.0+,
and at a minimum 600 x 600. Pages should load in reasonable time.
Site should not have:
The need for additional fonts to view correctly.
Missing images, or dead links, or mouse cursor-trails,
or comet cursors. Only italic texts. Text centered or displayed
in different sizes. More than 3 animations per page.
Open every page in a NEW window. Pages that go on,
and on, and on, without toplinks.
Automatic Disqualification:
Pornography, violence, child / animal abuse, racism, sexism of any kind, or linking to it.
Discrimination against any kind of religion.
Foul language or gross material.
Copyright Infringement, stolen text or graphics.
Need a password to get entrance to the site.
Waiting longer than 3 minutes for a Flash site to be loaded and become visible.
A 404 error, blank pages, under construction messages.
